East Java SPMB 2026: Zoning Pathway Requirements and Registration Link

The East Java New Student Admission System (SPMB) 2026 for SMA and SMK levels has opened the zoning or domicile pathway. This pathway constitutes the largest quota, prioritising prospective students based on the distance between their residence and the school.

According to the official SPMB Jatim page, online registration for the domicile pathway will take place on 11-12 June 2026. The affirmation, parental transfer, and achievement pathways for SMA/SMK are scheduled for 17-18 June 2026. The academic achievement pathway for SMA will follow on 24-25 June 2026, while the academic achievement pathway for SMK will be the last to open, on 30 June-1 July 2026.

For SMA, the zoning pathway typically accounts for a minimum of 50% of the school’s capacity, whereas for SMK, the domicile pathway has a smaller portion, with greater emphasis placed on achievement or regular pathways. Prospective students must prepare the required documents and register online through the official SPMB East Java portal at https://spmbjatim.net/ during the designated period.
