The East Java Provincial Government has opened 54 service posts for Religious Holiday Allowance (THR) Complaints for 2026. This initiative ensures that THR payments are implemented in accordance with applicable legislation. The 54 service posts, initiated by the East Java Provincial Government, are distributed across all regencies and cities.

“The East Java 2026 Religious Holiday Allowance Complaint Service Posts will handle public complaints, particularly from workers and labourers, from 26 February to 17 March 2026 on working days,” said East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa on Friday (27/2).

The THR service posts are located across 39 cities and regencies in East Java, with the main post at the Office of the Provincial Labour and Transmigration Service (Disnakertrans). Additionally, there are posts at the Work Training Centre (BLK) of the East Java Disnakertrans and employment-related agency offices throughout all regencies and cities in East Java.

There is also a service post for the return of Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) at Juanda International Airport, Sidoarjo. Besides face-to-face services, the East Java Provincial Government also provides an online complaint channel via https://bit.ly/PoskoTHR. Every online complaint received will be processed and directed to complete written reports in accordance with applicable requirements.

“The Religious Holiday Allowance Complaint Service Posts will handle public complaints both directly and indirectly,” she added.

Khofifah hopes that all employers will comply with THR payment provisions on time, thereby creating harmonious and conducive industrial relations in East Java. She is also optimistic that timely THR payment will boost economic circulation and increase consumer purchasing power ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri.

“There is happiness that employers must share with their workers, and I am optimistic that this THR will also have an impact on consumer purchasing power ahead of Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri,” she concluded. The call has been made by Governor Khofifah as a demonstration of the East Java Provincial Government’s commitment to ensuring workers’ rights are fulfilled ahead of the religious holiday.
