East Java DPMPTSP Holds OSS RBA and LKPM Technical Guidance to Accelerate Investment
The Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of East Java Province has organised Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on the Risk-Based Online Single Submission (OSS RBA) system and Investment Activity Reports (LKPM). The guidance is aimed at Foreign Direct Investment (PMA) and Domestic Direct Investment (PMDN) entrepreneurs in East Java, as part of efforts to accelerate regional investment realisation. The training was prompted by East Java’s investment realisation in the first quarter of 2026, which only reached Rp32.6 trillion out of an annual target of Rp147.7 trillion set by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM RI. Dyah noted that East Java itself recorded economic growth of 5.96 per cent year-on-year in Q1 2026, affirming its position as one of the centres of national economic growth with a significant contribution to the economy of Java Island. Through this technical guidance, business actors received training on the use of the OSS RBA system and the procedures for compiling LKPM. ‘LKPM must be submitted by all business actors, both individuals and business entities, as part of the mechanism for controlling the implementation of investment in the region,’ Dyah explained.
