The East Jakarta District Court has appointed a panel of judges to handle the special criminal case number 301/Pid.Sus/2026/PN Jkt Tim against defendant Tifauzia Tyassuma, known as Doctor Tifa. Court spokesperson Immanuel Tarigan stated on Friday (26/6) that the panel will be led by Christina Endarwati, with Rudi Rafli Siregar and Mathilda Chrystina Katarina serving as member judges. The appointment was made by the Chief Judge of the East Jakarta District Court as part of the administrative process and case preparation. According to Immanuel, the appointed panel possesses adequate capability and experience in handling various cases. To support the smooth administration of the trial, the court has also appointed two substitute clerks, Joyo Supriyanto and Zuliana Maro. Immanuel explained that the determination of the judicial panel considered aspects of competence, integrity, and the experience of the judges in question. The first hearing for the case, which involves alleged defamation and slander related to the authenticity of President Jokowi’s diploma, is scheduled for 2 July 2026 at 09.00 WIB in the Prof. Kusuma Atmadja Main Courtroom. Meanwhile, the case against Roy Suryo cannot yet proceed to trial as it is still awaiting a pre-trial process at the South Jakarta District Court. The case files for both defendants were transferred by the prosecution to the East Jakarta District Court on 23 June 2026 and have been declared complete following an administrative review by the criminal registry.
