This is being done because the number is quite large, reaching approximately 60 trees. As of now, they are still conducting data collection on the number of fallen and damaged trees. Preliminary data on Monday (13/4) at 11.30 WIB recorded around 60 fallen and damaged trees. This number may still increase. “At this time, it cannot yet be classified between the number of fallen trees and damaged ones, as both are numerous. All trunks and leaves from the fallen trees are being disposed of at an empty plot on Rawa Binong Street, Lubang Buaya. They are prioritising handling in public road access areas so that residents’ activities are not disrupted. Once completed, the handling will continue to trees that have fallen in park and city forest areas. “Because in Taman Bambu, Setu alone, there are 15 trees, and in Setu City Forest, two trees have been recorded so far,” said Made. Meanwhile, the Setu Ward Head, Dwi Widiastuti, added that in her area, eight trees have fallen.
