East Flores Declares Emergency Response Status Following Earthquake Until July 2026

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, EAST FLORES – A number of evacuees are resting in evacuation tents in Lamahala Village, East Adonara, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara, on Sunday (12/4/2026).

The East Flores Regency government in NTT has declared an emergency response status for the disaster from 9 April to 8 July 2026 following a magnitude 4.7 earthquake, and during this period, the BPBD will focus on distributing aid in the form of logistics as well as tents and bedding for the emergency handling of the evacuees.
