JAKARTA (JP): About 90 percent of the 700 members of the
People's Consultative Assembly have already checked-in at their
designated accommodations at the Hilton Hotel and Mulia Hotel.

A hotel officer at the Mulia Hotel, Agni, said on Sunday that
414 of the 438 legislators who were booked at the hotel had
checked in.

She said the average cost of the rooms provided for the
legislators are between Rp 500,000 and Rp 1 million a night.

More than half of the Rp 25.7 billion total cost of the
Assembly's Annual Session is allocated for hotel
accommodation.(jun)
