Dusit Inn in Balikpapan

JAKARTA (JP): Balikpapan, well known as the oil and timber town in East Kalimantan, now has two four-star hotels after the Dusit Inn launched its soft opening recently.

The 208-room Dusit Inn Balikpapan, the first hotel established in Indonesia under the management of Dusit Hotels and Resorts, is owned by PT Sinarwisata Permai, a unit of the Sinar Mas Group.

The hotel now offers a three-month special rate starting on June 9.

The property, located four kilometers from Sepinggan airport, is aimed to anticipate the growth of the international airport and Balikpapan.(icn)
