In September, 1994, I bought a house through a five-year credit plan with Bank Bali. I chose the Duren Village housing complex located in Ciledug, Tangerang, West Java. The developer of the complex is PT Trikurnia Tirta Citra, whose office is located at Wijaya Grand Center, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

The developer promised me that the house would be handed over in April 1995. Two years have passed and the developer hasn't fulfilled its promise. Regardless, I'm still paying regular installments.

Now I am worried about my would-be house, as I get different information every time I contact the developer.

I doubt I am the only victim, as Trikurnia is already marketing a second complex under the name "Pinang Lagoon". The first housing complex hasn't even been completed.

I hope the housing officials will look into this matter before too many others fall victim to this unscrupulous developer.
