Duo pianists at Erasmus Huis

JAKARTA (JP): Dutch couple Martijn and Mieke van den Hoek will
give a concert at Erasmus Huis on Jl. HR Rasuna Said, Kuningan,
South Jakarta, on April 1.

The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. and will feature pieces
from Franz Schubert, Maurice Ravel and Igor Stravinsky.

Martijn has led the Romantic Piano Series at Schloss
Niederleis, Austria since 1992. He toured Indonesia in 1989, 1993
and 1995, while Mieke has given lectures and concerts in the
U.S., Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Arabic and European
countries.

Prior to the concert, Martijn and Mieke will give a
masterclass to students and teachers of Indonesian schools of
music, also at the Erasmus Huis, at 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 31.
