Dude Herlino and Alyssa Soebandono Visit Bareskrim, Examined as Witnesses in PT DSI Case

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The celebrity couple Dude Herlino and Alyssa Soebandono complied with a summons from investigators at the Directorate of Economic and Special Crimes (Dittipideksus) of the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) regarding allegations of fraud and embezzlement in the distribution of funding by PT Dana Syariah Indonesia (PT DSI). Both arrived together at the Bareskrim Polri building around 10:00 WIB on Thursday (2/4/2026). They were examined as witnesses because they had previously been involved in promotional activities for the company as brand ambassadors. “The invitation to provide information related to DSI is from Bareskrim,” said Dude Herlino before undergoing the examination. He hopes the information he provides can assist the investigation process. “Yes, that’s right, perhaps Bareskrim needs information from us, hopefully it can be useful,” he stated. Director of Special Economic Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Ade Safri Simanjuntak, said the examination was conducted because the two were known to have promoted the company. “Both were examined in their capacity as witnesses on Thursday, 2 April 2026, in the examination room of Dittipideksus Bareskrim Polri on the 5th floor of the Bareskrim Polri building,” said Ade Safri. “This step is taken to find, identify, and track assets suspected to originate from criminal acts, while securing assets as evidence to maximise the recovery of victims’ losses (asset recovery),” he added. In this case, investigators have named four suspects, namely AS as the former Director of PT DSI for the period 2018–2024 and founder of PT DSI, TA as the President Director and shareholder, MY as the former director and shareholder, and ARL who served as commissioner and shareholder of the company.
