REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Central Executive Board (DPP) of the Crescent Star Party (PBB) resulting from the VI Bali Congress filed a lawsuit at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) in Jakarta on Wednesday (29/4/2026). The lawsuit is in response to the issuance of Decree (SK) of the Minister of Law and Human Rights number M.HH-3.AH11.02 of 2026.

The General Chairman (Ketum) of PBB from the Bali congress, Gugum Ridho Putra, along with the DPP officials ratified through the VI Bali Congress, came directly to PTUN Jakarta.

The lawsuit was filed because Gugum assessed there to be indications of arbitrariness, namely the issuance of the Minister’s SK number M.HH-3.AH.11.02 of 2026, which approves the composition of the DPP PBB officials resulting from the Party Council Deliberation (MDP).

According to him, that composition of officials should not have been approved because it has deviated from the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD/ART) of PBB.

“We, the Crescent Star Party, today filed a state administrative lawsuit against the approval decision from the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia regarding the (officials’ composition) of the MDP faction, which is invalid. With its SK, alhamdulillah, we have known and received it, number M.HH-3.AH.11.02 of 2026,” said Gugum.

Gugum explained that since the issuance of that SK, there has never been any official announcement. Gugum only saw claims and acknowledgements from the DPP PBB MDP version without showing the SK issued by Minister Supratman Andi Agtas.

“Of course, that is also a note that we submitted to the Jakarta TUN Court as a form of bad faith to obstruct us, the DPP of the Crescent Star Party resulting from the VI Bali Congress, in maintaining our rights as legitimate officials and in safeguarding our legal rights as well,” stated Gugum.

Through the lawsuit, the PBB from the VI Bali Congress wants to prove two things. First, the SK number M.HH-3.AH.11.02 of 2026 contradicts the law and the general principles of good governance. Moreover, Gugum’s faction had already submitted clarifications to the Minister.
