Dua Putra Utama Makmur Addresses Stock Volatility - BCA Securities
PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk (DPUM), a fishery product processing issuer, has provided an official explanation to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) regarding the recent volatility in the company’s share transactions.
Through an information disclosure letter dated 15 September 2026, DPUM Corporate Secretary, Mohammad Nur Hasan, emphasised that management is unaware of any other material facts or information that have not yet been disclosed to the public.
The only ongoing material fact that could potentially influence investors’ investment decisions is the takeover of DPUM shares by PT Rama Indonesia, which is now proceeding with plans for a Mandatory Tender Offer (MTO).
“The Company is not aware of any other material information or facts that could affect the price of the company’s securities and/or investors’ investment decisions, other than the information regarding the takeover of the Company’s shares by PT Rama Indonesia and the planned Mandatory Tender Offer,” stated Mohammad Nur Hasan in the official disclosure.
Management also conveyed that since the takeover became effective, DPUM has not received any information regarding changes in share ownership or share underwriting activities from specific shareholders, and has no new corporate action plans in the near future.
Based on internal communications with major shareholders, DPUM ensures that the controlling party has no further plans regarding its shareholding portion and that all information disclosure procedures have been carried out in accordance with the applicable OJK and IDX regulations.
