Drug trafficker arrested

JAKARTA (JP): Central Jakarta Police detectives arrested a man
on Wednesday night for alleged trafficking of crystal
methampethamine (shabu-shabu).

The police's chief of detectives Comr. Angesta Romano Yoyol
said on Thursday that the suspect, identified as Tata Aminata,
42, was apprehended in a Tanah Tinggi low-cost apartment in
possession of 7 grams of shabu-shabu.

Yoyol said Tata was suspected to have been operating out of
the apartment for some time before the raid.

The arrest was made following a deal between the suspect and
an undercover police officer. A subsequent search of Tata
uncovered the drugs. (01)
