Drug suspect arrested

BOGOR (JP): Bogor Police detectives arrested on Friday morning
reported drug dealer Iwan, 28, for alleged possession of two
kilograms of marijuana at his rented house in Ciawi.

Police chief Lt. Col. Ade Husen K. said the drugs were
received from three dealers whose names and addresses were
identified the day before.

The three dealers, who are now included on a list of wanted
suspects, received the drugs from a man identified as Rosad from
Cibedug village. But the latter fled to another area along with
his wife and child.

"We hope we can arrest the dealers and distributors soon as
we've located their hiding places. Our appreciation goes out to
the people who supplied the information," he said.

"Based on the report, officers of the Bogor Police district
and the Ciawi Police subdistrict investigated the rented house.

After five hours of waiting, a man went inside the house. "The
officers followed and arrested him," he said. (21/ind)
