Drug Network Supplied by The Doctor: Ko Erwin and White Rabbit

JAKARTA - Drug dealer Andre Fernando alias The Doctor supplied prohibited drugs to two drug networks, including the Ko Erwin network connected to the former Bima City Police Chief, and the White Rabbit network around Jakarta. The Ko Erwin network operates in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and Erwin himself has already been named a suspect in the case involving AKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro. “The second one is the White Rabbit network in PIK and Gatsu,” said the Head of the Narcotic Investigation Center (NIC) Task Force of the Narcotics Crime Directorate at Bareskrim Polri, Kombes Kevin Leleury, at the Bareskrim office in the National Police Headquarters complex, South Jakarta, on Monday (6/4/2026). Bareskrim apprehended the fugitive drug lord Andre ‘The Doctor’ in Penang, Malaysia, on Sunday (5/4/2026). At 19:24 WIB, Andre exited from the back door of a Toyota Avanza with licence plate B 1477 BYR. Officers then escorted him into the lift for further examination.
