DRMA Distributes Rp 329 Billion Dividend, Prepares Rp 400 Billion Capex

JAKARTA – PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA) distributed a cash dividend of Rp 329.4 billion at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Friday (17/4/2026). The dividend amount equates to Rp 70 per share. President Director of Dharma Polimetal, Irianto Santoso, stated that this distribution reflects the company’s commitment to delivering added value to shareholders. The dividend payout is supported by the company’s financial performance throughout 2025. The company recorded a 7% year-on-year sales growth amid the weakening of the domestic automotive industry. Additionally, net profit was recorded at Rp 667 billion, or Rp 617 billion after negative goodwill adjustments. This achievement demonstrates sustainable growth in the core business. Management stated that the dividend distribution decision is not only based on optimism towards future performance prospects but also considers a balance with long-term expansion strategies. The funds are focused on developing new products to maintain competitiveness in the market. The capex amount is dynamic and can be adjusted, including if the company undertakes acquisitions as part of its business expansion strategy. The funding source for capex comes from internal cash flows and available banking facilities. The company stated that it continues to maintain financial flexibility by optimising its existing capital structure.
