Jakarta, VIVA – PT Garuda Daya Pratama Sejahtera (GDPS), a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company and part of the Garuda Indonesia Group, has reaffirmed its commitment to integrating principles of compliance and good governance into its business processes and decision-making across all organisational lines.

Cornelis Radjawane, President Director of GDPS, stated that as a workforce service provider, GDPS faces constantly evolving business and regulatory dynamics. Consequently, the company continues to strengthen its internal control systems, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure all operational activities comply with applicable regulations and good corporate governance principles.

“For GDPS, compliance is not merely defined as meeting regulations, but also as a commitment to conducting business responsibly, transparently, and with integrity,” said Cornelis, as quoted in a statement on Sunday, 7 June 2026.

In recognition of this commitment, GDPS once again received awards at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA) 2026, organised by Hukumonline, held on Friday (22/5) in Jakarta. GDPS secured the ‘Best Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance’ award for the Transportation (Facility) sector with a Sapphire predicate, the highest distinction in that category. Additionally, GDPS received ‘The Most Inspiring Leader of The Year in Regulatory Compliance’.

This achievement is particularly significant as it marks the second consecutive year that GDPS has achieved the highest distinction at the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA). “This award serves as evidence that our sustained efforts have yielded positive results,” said Cornelis.

He added that this success is the result of the contributions of all GDPS personnel who consistently maintain compliance standards within the working environment. According to him, a strong culture of compliance is a vital factor in maintaining the trust of customers, business partners, and stakeholders.

“Moving forward, we will continue to raise our governance and compliance standards as part of our efforts to create sustainable business growth and provide added value to all stakeholders,” Cornelis concluded.

The awards received at IRCA 2026 further reinforce GDPS’s commitment to not only focusing on business performance achievements but also ensuring that every business process is conducted while upholding the principles of compliance, integrity, and good corporate governance.
