PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) is committed to implementing Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) principles, supported by the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), to drive sustainable business growth.

The Corporate Secretary of PT Brantas Abiprag (Persero), Dian Sovana, stated that the effective implementation of GRC must be positioned as an integral part of business processes, rather than merely serving as a supervisory or reporting function.

According to Sovana, the integration of governance, risk management, compliance, and business processes is essential to ensure that every corporate decision is made prudently while remaining capable of responding to business dynamics and opportunities.

“GRC must be present in the business process from the very beginning. With strong governance, measurable risk management, and consistent compliance, we want to ensure that every business decision not only meets current needs but also provides value and maintains the company’s future sustainability,” Dian said in a statement on Friday, 11 September 2026.

Through this implementation, Brantas Abipraya has once again received recognition for its GRC application through the TOP GRC Awards 2026. This year, Brantas Abipraya secured four awards spanning from the corporate level to the leadership and Board of Commissioners.

The four awards include the TOP GRC Awards 2026 #5 Star for PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero), and The Most Committed GRC Leader 2026 for Agung Fajawanto as President Director.

Additionally, the company received The High Performing Finance & Risk Management Director on GRC 2026 for Suradi, as Finance and Risk Management Director, and The High Performing Boards of Commissioners on GRC 2026 for the Board of Commissioners of PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero).

Dian noted that these awards serve as both appreciation and a momentum for the company to continue improving the quality of GRC implementation across all organisational lines.

“These four awards are an appreciation of the GRC implementation at Brantas Abipraya, as well as a reminder to continue strengthening our efforts,” she said.

“For us, GRC is not merely about meeting compliance aspects, but serves as the foundation for making measured decisions, managing risks, and maintaining business sustainability,” Dian added.

She further noted that the TOP GRC Awards 2026 recognition is not the end point for Brantas Abipraya, but rather a part of the company’s continuous improvement process.
