DPR Leadership Finalises P2SK Bill Revision Before Plenary Session

The leadership of the House of Representatives (DPR) met to discuss several matters, primarily concerning legislation and routine parliamentary affairs, on Wednesday (3/6/2026) at the parliamentary complex in Senayan, Jakarta.

In addition to Deputy Speaker Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the leadership meeting included Vice Speakers Saan Mustopa, Sari Yuliati, and Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal.

Regarding legislative matters, Dasco explained that the revision of the Financial Sector Development and Strengthening (P2SK) Bill has been completed. This law is slated to be brought to the nearest plenary session. “For today’s legislative agenda, we are finalising the delivery of the P2SK Bill to be processed in the upcoming plenary session,” he stated.

Dasco also noted that he met with the leadership of Commission II of the DPR to discuss the progress of the Election Law revision. He mentioned that Commission II is prepared to begin discussions on the proposed changes to the Election Law, with representatives from all political parties within the commission expressing readiness to deliberate on the amendments.
