DPR hopes Polri grows more professional on 80th Bhayangkara Day

On the occasion of the 80th Bhayangkara Day, House of Representatives Commission III Chairman Habiburokhman expressed his hope that the Indonesian National Police (Polri) will continue to grow and become more professional in the future. He noted that the challenges facing Polri will become increasingly complex, but expressed confidence that the force can continue to adapt and improve itself. “Make this 80th Bhayangkara Day a moment of reflection to continue strengthening an institution that is clean and has integrity,” Habiburokhman said in Jakarta on Wednesday. He added that Polri must also continue to maintain public security and order to create a conducive national climate, as well as enforce the law fairly, transparently, and humanely. As a key partner of the National Police, he extended his highest congratulations to the entire Polri family wherever they are. He expressed deep appreciation and gratitude for the limitless dedication, sacrifice, and service provided by all Polri personnel, from headquarters down to the community policing officers who serve as the front line in remote villages. “Continue to be protectors who provide a sense of security, and guardians who deliver justice.
