Download Link for Parent's Absolute Responsibility Statement for Jakarta 2026 Student Admission System
The pre-registration for the 2026 Jakarta Student Admission System (SPMB) is open from Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at 08:00 WIB until Wednesday, 10 June 2026, at 12:00 WIB. One of the mandatory documents that prospective new students must upload is the Absolute Responsibility Statement (SPTJM) regarding document authenticity, signed by parents or guardians. This SPTJM document can be downloaded via the official Sidanira website belonging to the Jakarta Education Office.
Prospective students and parents/guardians can download the SPTJM form through the following link: https://sidanerm.jakarta.go.id/prapendaftaran/spmb2026/regulasi. After accessing the page, users should select the ‘Documents’ menu and click the ‘Download’ button under the Absolute Responsibility Statement (SPTJM) section. In addition to the SPTJM, the portal also provides other downloadable documents, including average report card grade certificates for primary and junior high school graduates, and school principal statements regarding educational reports.
The requirements for the 2026 Jakarta SPMB pre-registration are as follows: prospective students applying for Junior High (SMP), Senior High (SMA), and/or Vocational High (SMK) levels who have resided in Jakarta since at least 15 June 2025. This applies to graduates from schools outside Jakarta for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026, and graduates from schools within Jakarta for the years 2024 and 2025, provided they are not registered in any other educational institution.
For Junior High (SMP) applicants, mandatory documents include the Family Card, report card grades for grades 4 and 5 (semesters 1 and 2) and grade 6 (semester 1), school education posters, and the SPTJM. Additional documents such as average grade certificates and academic or non-academic achievement certificates may also be submitted. For Senior High (SMA/SMK) applicants, mandatory documents include the Family Card, report card grades for grades 7 and 8 (semesters 1 and 2) and grade 9 (semester 1), school education posters, and the SPTJM. Additional documents may include certificates of achievement, school committee decrees, and extracurricular certificates.
The steps for the 2026 Jakarta SPMB pre-registration are: access the pre-registration page via https://sidanira.jakarta.go.id/prapendaftaran; register via the Registration menu; complete the online form with the student’s data; print the verification proof; log back into the system to upload scans or photos of original documents; monitor the uploaded documents and verification status; and finally, print the pre-registration submission proof.
