Dony Oskaria to Personally Oversee LHKPN Reporting by State-Owned Enterprise Officials
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The Chairman of the Danantara SOE Regulatory Agency, Dony Okersaria, has stated that he will oversee officials within state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to ensure the timely submission of the State Officials’ Wealth Report (LHKPN). He made this announcement following a visit to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) for a meeting with the KPK’s Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring, Aminuddin, on Monday (29/06/2026).
Dony stated that he will personally lead the LHKPN reporting process for all SOE officials. He emphasised that there will be zero tolerance for any SOE management failing to report their wealth, including for PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI), which includes foreign national (WNA) executives.
“We have agreed that I will personally control the compliance of LHKPN submissions, and we expect them to be on time because we are providing no tolerance. Everyone with the obligation must report; I will personally lead the process to ensure compliance with these reports,” Dony said at the KPK Building on Monday (29/06/2026).
He emphasised that following their ongoing transformation, the operational corridors of all SOEs must be strictly defined to prevent potential corruption.
“While we are not focusing specifically on DSI, the core point is that for all SOEs moving forward after our transformation, we hope to limit their corridors to prevent any potential for corruption in the future,” Dony concluded.
On the same occasion, Aminuddin added that as of 31 March, several SOE management teams had yet to report their wealth. He noted that he has sent letters to stakeholders warning that SOE executives who fail to submit their LHKPN will face sanctions.
“For Civil Servants (ASN), there are specific sanctions; for those at the SOE level, sanctions will be adjusted according to the internal regulations existing within the respective SOEs,” Aminuddin explained.
He also asserted that foreign national executives within SOEs are not exempt from this obligation, though he admitted that discussions regarding the specifics are ongoing.
“This includes foreign nationals; even though they are foreign nationals, they currently hold top management positions within SOEs. According to Law Number 28, the structure within SOEs falls under the category of mandatory LHKPN reporters,” Aminuddin stated.
As previously reported, PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (GIAA) has two foreign nationals serving on its board of directors, namely Balagopal Kunduvara (Director of Finance and Risk Management) and Neil Raymond Mills (Director of Transformation). Most recently, Australian national Luke Thomas Mahony was appointed as the President Director of DSI.
