Dony Oskaria to Personally Monitor SOE Directors' Wealth Reports: No Tolerance

Jakarta – BPI Danantara Chief Operating Officer Dony Oskaria has stated he will personally monitor the compliance of state-owned enterprise (SOE) directors in submitting their State Administrators’ Wealth Reports (LHKPN). The statement was made following a meeting between Danantara and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) at the KPK’s Anti-Corruption Education Centre on Monday, 29 June 2026. “I will personally control the compliance of LHKPN submissions, and we expect them to be on time because there is no tolerance,” Dony said, as quoted on Tuesday, 30 June 2026. He explained that all state administrators within the SOE environment are required to report their assets in accordance with applicable regulations. Therefore, Danantara will ensure that all directors and officials obliged to report fulfil this duty in a timely manner. “I will personally lead the compliance process for this report (LHKPN),” he stated. Previously, the KPK revealed that some management levels within SOEs had not yet submitted their LHKPN. “As of the end of June, we acknowledge that there are several SOE management members who, as of 31 March, had not yet reported,” said KPK Deputy for Prevention and Monitoring, Aminudin. He mentioned that the KPK would send letters to the relevant parties so that sanctions could be imposed immediately. However, he did not specify the number of SOE management members who had not yet reported. He only expressed hope that sanctions would be applied according to the provisions of each SOE. “For civil servants, the sanction rules are already in place. For the SOE level, sanctions are adjusted according to the internal regulations of each company,” he explained. On the occasion, Aminudin also clarified that foreign nationals holding positions within SOE structures are also required to submit LHKPN. The KPK has also provided technical guidance to SOE directors who are foreign nationals.
