Dony Oskaria Inspects Jasa Marga Toll Services and Rest Areas
Jakarta – President Director of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk Rivan A. Purwantono accompanied the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Supervisory Board and Chief Operating Officer of Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria, during an inspection of Travoy Rest KM 88A and KM 88B on the Cikampek-Purwakarta-Padalarang (Cipularang) Toll Road in West Java on Tuesday, 21 July 2026. The visit continued to the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC) in Jatiasih, Bekasi, to observe the implementation of digital transformation developed by Jasa Marga.
During the occasion, President Director Rivan A. Purwantono outlined the company’s transformation steps, ranging from rest area rejuvenation to strengthening the JMTC’s function as a technology-based operational control centre. The development of Travoy Rest is part of Jasa Marga’s strategy to improve service quality for road users through a destination hub area concept, making rest areas not merely a place to rest but a destination that offers a memorable and enjoyable travel experience.
A number of service transformations at Travoy Rest KM 88A and B on the Cipularang Toll Road are evident from the rejuvenation and addition of toilets, provision of more complete and higher-quality facilities, environmentally friendly open spaces, additional Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU), and the strengthening of local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). These service improvements are expected to provide added value for road users while simultaneously encouraging Indonesia’s economic growth.
“The transformation at Travoy Rest KM 88A Cipularang Toll Road began by improving essential rest area facilities as a top priority. We are preparing this Travoy Rest to become a showcase for future rest area development, focusing on enhancing road user services through area expansion, toilet rejuvenation for greater comfort along with toilet relocation for easier access, the addition of green open spaces, and the optimisation of vehicle flow and parking capacity. The hope is that Travoy Rest KM 88A can become a model rest area that accommodates the needs of road users more optimally,” said Rivan.
