Dony Oskaria Guarantees PT DSI Transparency, Urges Businessmen Not to Worry

The Head of the State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) Regulatory Agency and COO of Danantara, Dony Oskaria, has requested that the public remain unconcerned regarding the implementation of a single-door export governance system for several natural resource commodities managed by PT DSI. He ensured that the implementation will be transparent.

“First, we wish to convey that from June until 31 December, DSI will operate as the sole intermediary. This is also mandated within the Government Regulation. Our task is to ensure that under-invoicing and transfer pricing do not occur in the export of our natural resources,” said Dony during a press conference following a meeting with the leadership of the House of Representatives (DPR) at the DPR RI building, Senayan, Central Jakarta, on Monday (8/6/2025).

Dony stated that PT DSI will implement these exports in an accountable manner. He noted that the public can observe and monitor the processes being carried out.

“Naturally, in its implementation, we will act transparently, accountably, and responsibly,” Dony said.

“All Indonesian citizens will also be able to observe and scrutinise the process, as Danantara Indonesia is committed to always managing Danantara transparently and accountably,” he added.

He stated that the execution of Indonesian natural resource exports through PT DSI will be conducted fairly and transparently. Dony expressed hope that the public would not be worried about the matter.

“All of our natural resource transactions are conducted fairly and transparently. Therefore, for all entrepreneurs and the Indonesian people, there is no need for concern as all contracts are proceeding normally. We are merely ensuring stability until we identify a better pattern after 31 December 2026,” he concluded.
