The issuer owned by Garibaldi “Boy” Thohir, PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO), will distribute a final dividend of US$197.50 million to shareholders.

Company Secretary of Alamtri Resources Indonesia, Maharani Cindy Opssedha, stated that the dividend distribution aligns with the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 17 April 2026.

“Dividends will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Shareholder Register or on the recording date of 29 April 2026,” she wrote in a disclosure of information on Saturday (18/4/2026).

Throughout 2025, net profit attributable to the owners of the parent entity of ADRO reached US$447.69 million. In the same period, ADRO had unrestricted retained earnings of US$3.22 billion.

• Ex Dividend in the Regular Market and Negotiation Market: 28 April 2026
