Don't Miss Out! DPD RI Awards 2026 Registration Closes Tomorrow
Registration for the DPD RI Awards 2026 will soon come to an end. Do not miss the opportunity to propose inspiring figures from Bali and Nusa Tenggara to the national stage.
This awards programme opens up the opportunity for the public to introduce individuals who have provided benefits to their surrounding communities. They may come from the fields of education, health, food security, as well as arts and culture.
They do not have to be widely known figures. Activists at the community, village, and regional levels who have real work and contributions can also be nominated.
Registration for the DPD RI Awards 2026 has been open since 27 July 2026 and will close on 21 August 2026 at 23:59 WIB.
This means that for members of the public who wish to nominate a candidate, the remaining time is now just one day. Names can be submitted through the official DPD RI Awards 2026 website at awards.dpd.go.id.
The public can choose a category according to the candidate’s field of contribution. This year there are four main categories covering education, health, food security, and arts and culture.
The four categories are designed to identify individuals with different achievements and contributions. The following are the fields that the public can choose when nominating a figure.
- Innovator in Non-Formal Education/Out-of-School Education
The education category is awarded to individuals who have dedication in establishing or developing non-formal education. Candidates may come from those who open up learning access for the community, develop learning methods outside school, or run educational programmes that provide real benefits for specific community groups.
In West Java, figures such as reading garden activists, founders of community education institutions, and individuals who bring innovative learning programmes to the regions can become candidates as long as they meet the applicable requirements.
- Health Technology Innovator
The health field features the Health Technology Innovator category. This award is given to individuals, professionals, or academics who produce innovations through clinical or laboratory research. The form of innovation can be the discovery of medicines, therapies, medical devices, or other health technologies.
Candidates may come from universities, health facilities, research institutions, or technology development environments that produce innovations with benefits for the community.
- Food Self-Sufficient Village Activator
The food security category is aimed at individuals who actively encourage the realisation of food self-sufficient villages. The utilisation of local food potential, community empowerment, and the strengthening of sustainable food security systems are important parts of this category.
In West Java, this opportunity can be used to nominate village activists from various regions such as Ciamis, Tasikmalaya, Pangandaran, Kuningan, Majalengka, Indramayu, Subang, Karawang, Purwakarta, and other areas.
- Preserver of Regional Culture
Meanwhile, the arts and culture field has the Preserver of Regional Culture category. This category is aimed at individuals who actively develop, maintain, and promote regional culture. Their work can relate to the arts, traditions, language, crafts, or other cultural heritage.
West Java has a rich cultural heritage. Therefore, artists, cultural figures, community activists, and individuals who consistently introduce regional culture to the national and international level can be nominated.
Members of the public who wish to submit a candidate can immediately access the official website awards.dpd.go.id and follow the available nomination mechanism. With only one day of registration time remaining, the opportunity to bring inspiring figures from West Java to the national stage should not be delayed any further.
