Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — The distribution of dividends by PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (BMRI) has entered its cum date period for the regular and negotiation markets today, Tuesday (15/9/2026). For the cash market, the cum dividend date is scheduled for 17 September 2026.

The recording date, which determines shareholders entitled to receive the dividend, has been set for 17 September 2026, whilst the dividend payment is scheduled for 2 October 2026.

Today’s cum date on the regular and negotiation markets marks an important milestone for investors wishing to ensure their names are recorded as recipients of Bank Mandiri’s interim dividend.

Accordingly, shareholders recorded on the recording date will begin receiving dividend payments on 2 October 2026.

Based on disclosures from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the total interim dividend to be distributed amounts to approximately Rp6.16 trillion, or Rp66 per share. This figure is calculated based on Bank Mandiri’s total outstanding shares of 93,333,333,332.

Investors wishing to receive or add to their entitlement to Bank Mandiri’s interim dividend therefore have until the close of today’s trading session to purchase BMRI shares.

The decision on the interim dividend distribution was approved by the Board of Commissioners following the Board of Directors’ decision on 3 September 2026.

Bank Mandiri’s Finance & Strategy Director, Novita Widya Anggraini, explained that the interim dividend distribution is part of the company’s commitment to continuously providing added value and sustainable appreciation to its shareholders.

“It is also in line with best practices in the global market in delivering optimal and measurable returns to investors,” Novita said in her statement on Friday (4/9/2026).

She noted that the decision also reflects Bank Mandiri’s solid fundamentals, supported by strong performance, adequate capital and liquidity positions, and robust capacity to continue supporting business growth and carrying out its intermediation function.

“As such, Bank Mandiri can deliver returns to shareholders without diminishing the company’s ability to maintain healthy and sustainable growth,” Novita added.
