Dompu Regency Administrations Disburses IDR 31.5 Billion Holiday Allowance to State Civil Apparatus Today

Dompu Regency Administration in Nusa Tenggara Barat Province has allocated IDR 31.5 billion for the payment of holiday allowances (THR) to the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), comprising both Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK).

Muhammad Syahroni, Head of the Regional Financial Management and Asset Board (BPKAD) of Dompu, stated that the payment of THR alongside the 13th-month salary for the ASN under Dompu Regency Administration will commence today, Friday (13 March 2026).

Payment began following the ratification of Regent Regulation No. 8 of 2026 concerning the technical procedures for THR and 13th-month salary payments sourced from the 2026 regional budget on Thursday (12 March 2026).

“The payment of THR by Dompu Regional Administration will commence on Friday, 13 March 2026, following the ratification of Regent Regulation No. 8 of 2026,” Syahroni stated.

Dompu Regency Administration has allocated IDR 19.45 billion for THR payment to civil servants. Meanwhile, for PPPK ASN totalling IDR 11.97 billion, plus THR for provincial parliament members totalling IDR 123.97 million.

“The total budget requirement for THR payment is IDR 31.55 billion,” he explained.

Syahroni emphasised that the payment of THR to ASN in Dompu Regency is not delayed, despite previous years requiring payment 10 days before Eid al-Fitr.

However, he noted that this year the central government delayed publishing Government Regulation No. 9 of 2026, which serves as the basis for regional governments to formulate Regional Head Regulations as the foundation for implementing THR payment.

“It is not actually delayed, as this applies nationally. This is due to the central government’s delay in publishing Government Regulation No. 9 of 2026,” he explained.
