Domestic Investment Reaches Rp 275.5 Trillion in Q2 2025
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Investment and Downstreaming Minister/BKPM Head Rosan Roeslani reported that domestic investment realisation reached Rp 275.5 trillion in the second quarter of 2025. This domestic capital investment (PMDN) figure accounted for 57% of total investment realisation in the quarter.
The figure represents an increase compared to Q1 2025's Rp 234.8 trillion and Q2 2024's Rp 211.1 trillion.
By sector, the top five areas for domestic investment were: Transportation, Warehousing and Telecommunications at Rp 35.3 trillion (12.8%); Mining at Rp 33.5 trillion (12.2%); Trade and Repairs at Rp 32.2 trillion (11.7%); Housing, Industrial Estates and Office Space at Rp 27.6 trillion (10.0%); and Other Services at Rp 27.0 trillion (9.8%).
By province, the highest domestic investment realisation was recorded in DKI Jakarta at Rp 48.2 trillion (17.5%); West Java at Rp 43.7 trillion (15.9%); East Java at Rp 28.9 trillion (10.5%); Banten at Rp 20.1 trillion (7.3%); and East Kalimantan at Rp 19.8 trillion (7.2%).
