Does Mega need help?
Does Mega need help?
So far, Mega has given the public the strong impression that
she does not want to make a show of her capabilities. So
fanatically Mega has held on to this stance that critical
observers have accused her of being unable to lead an
intellectual discourse. Still, Mega has continued to be taciturn
and aloof.
Even so, as the leader of the political party which had won
the most votes -- even though not the absolute majority of votes
-- in the last general elections, she has the legitimacy to lead
the nation. She controls a considerable mass base of people who
are loyal to her. She has the power to capture the sentiments of
the masses, not only the fanatical among them but the critical as
well.
Given all that, the basic question therefore is, is it
necessary for a leader to be exceptionally smart and intelligent?
If she is capable of leading a party that had won the majority of
the popular votes, doesn't that count as a strong point in her
favor?
If Mega does have a weakness, the question is, can't we help
her? Now is the time to help Mega as a leader, to overcome her
weakness. For Mega, now too is the time to prove her capacities
and capabilities.
