DKI Road Infrastructure Agency Commits to Completing Pasar Minggu Through Road Project
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The DKI Jakarta Road Infrastructure Agency is committed to completing the Pasar Minggu through road project in South Jakarta, which has been planned to provide optimal benefits for the community. “Regarding the progress of the construction of the Pasar Minggu Parallel Rail Road Access in South Jakarta, we convey that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Road Infrastructure Agency is committed to completing the construction as planned so that it can provide optimal benefits for the community,” said the Head of the Data and Information Centre of the DKI Jakarta Road Infrastructure Agency, Siti Dinarwenny, in Jakarta on Thursday. She stated that the construction will continue after the land acquisition process is completed. Currently, the land acquisition stage is still ongoing at the South Jakarta Administrative City Land Office as the Chair of the Land Acquisition Implementation Team. Out of a total of 118 land parcels, 59 have been acquired by 2025, while the other 59 land parcels are still in process. “Among that number, there are eight land parcels that are government assets,” Siti revealed. The DKI Jakarta Road Infrastructure Agency hopes for support from the community so that the construction process can run smoothly for the common interest. The 2 km through road project began during the era of Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, alias Ahok (2014-2017).
