Jakarta (ANTARA) - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has recorded that 3,753 people have utilised the JakCare mental health teleconsultation service in 2025. “The 24-hour online mental health service through JakCare with clinical psychologists has been accessed by 3,753 residents,” said Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno while delivering the Governor’s Accountability Statement Report (LKPJ) for the 2025 Fiscal Year at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Plenary Session on Monday. JakCare, accessed via the Jakarta Kini (JAKI) app, can be used to address addiction cases, including addiction to games and cigarettes, as well as stress from work experienced by Civil Servants (ASN) and other office workers.
