DKI patches 20 pothole sites in Daan Mogot Mall area
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The DKI Jakarta Road Infrastructure Agency has patched 20 pothole sites in the Daan Mogot Mall area, Kalideres, West Jakarta. “Patching was carried out at 20 pothole sites on the road. Ten sites were addressed on 6 April, followed by 10 sites on 7 April,” said the Head of the Data and Information Centre (Kapusdatin) of the DKI Jakarta Road Infrastructure Agency, Siti Dinar Wenny, when contacted by ANTARA in Jakarta on Thursday. Wenny stated that although not yet recorded as assets of the DKI Provincial Government, repairs, particularly on Jalan Tampak Siring, Daan Mogot, Kalideres, West Jakarta, were still carried out for the comfort of users. “The condition of the damaged roads around the Daan Mogot Mall area has been under our monitoring. However, that road section is not yet recorded as a provincial asset; it is still under the developer’s authority,” Wenny explained. Handling of the damaged roads at the site has been carried out several times in stages as temporary measures, considering the safety of motorists and road users. Nevertheless, they are requesting that the developer also carry out comprehensive road repairs. “We are also encouraging the handover of those road assets to the DKI Provincial Government so that future handling and maintenance can be more optimal,” Wenny concluded.
