Road closures are in effect from Monday, 1 June at 2:00 PM WIB until Tuesday, 2 June 2026 at 5:00 AM WIB. Traffic from Pasar Minggu heading to Depok is diverted via Lenteng Agung Main Road, U-turn (North-North) at JPL 23 railway crossing or Pancasila University roundabout, then proceed to Moch. Kahfi II Road, Tanah Baru Road, and so on. Alternative routes include U-turning at the horseshoe roundabout in front of the Institute of Social and Political Sciences (IISIP) Jakarta, then passing through Lenteng Agung Main Road, TB Simatupang Road, Kebagusan Raya Road or Cilandak KKO Main Road, before reaching Moh. Kahfi I Road and onwards. Road users can also take TB Simatupang Road, Bogor Main Road, UI Access Road, and so on. Heavy vehicles from Tanjung Barat to Depok are directed via Jagorawi Toll Road or Desari Toll Road, with an alternative via TB Simatupang Road, Bogor Main Road, UI Access Road, etc. Officials are stationed at the horseshoe roundabout and Pancasila University roundabout to guide drivers to alternative routes. ‘We have deployed personnel around the area to direct citizens to alternative routes. We also urge the public to follow on-site officers’ instructions for collective safety,’ Budi explained. The Traffic Department installed seven information banners at strategic points: five along the Depok corridor and two in Lenteng Agung area as initial notifications. The provincial government is coordinating with relevant agencies to expedite repairs and minimise impact on public mobility. The public is advised to plan travel times, use available alternative routes, and prioritise safety when passing the work area.
