DKI Jakarta Operates Integrated Swadarma Paragon Corp Bus Stop Facility

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and PT Paragon Technology and Innovation have commenced operations of the integrated Swadarma Paragon Corp bus stop facility in Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta, as part of efforts to enhance public transport services. Governor Pramono Anung stated during the inauguration on Thursday that the bus stop is equipped with a lift, allowing thousands of residents, including those with disabilities, to utilise the facility. He expressed hope that this collaboration demonstrates that Jakarta cannot be built by the government alone, but requires support through corporate social responsibility. ‘We are undertaking creative financing in cooperation with the private sector, one of which is with Paragon today, and it shows that both the RPTRA and the bus stop are well managed and well utilised by the local community,’ he said. Group CEO of Paragon Corp Harman Subakat expressed gratitude for the opportunity to collaborate, stating that it is part of the company’s story to grow and provide benefits. The Swadarma Paragon bus stop becomes the eighth to be granted naming rights in cooperation with PT Transportasi Jakarta. The eight bus stops under the naming rights scheme include Bundaran HI Astra, Senayan Bank DKI, Widya Chandra Telkomsel, Cawang Sentral 1 Polypaint, Petukangan D’MASIV, Senen Toyota Rangga, Setiabudi Integritas, and Swadarma Paragon Corp.
