Destinations and Registration Timeline
The Free Mudik Scheme offered by DKI Jakarta provincial government provides dozens of destination cities spread across various provinces. Participants may also bring motorcycles to be transported via truck to specified destinations. The following information applies to Cluster 3:
Registration schedule:
Destination regions: Wonogiri, Kediri, Malang, Wonosobo, Purwokerto, Semarang, Sidoarjo
Registration period: 28 February–2 March 2026
After registration and verification approval, participants will be transported according to established departure and return schedules.
Departure schedule:
Motorcycles: Monday, 16 March 2026 from Pulogadung Terminal
Motorcycle submission deadline: 15 March 2026 at 17.00 WIB
Passengers: Tuesday, 17 March 2026 from the National Monument (Monas)
Return schedule:
Motorcycles: Wednesday, 25 March 2026 from destination terminal to Pulogadung Terminal
Passengers: Thursday, 26 March 2026 from destination terminal to Pulo Gebang Integrated Terminal
Registration Requirements and Conditions
Participants must fulfil several administrative requirements and conditions to participate in this free mudik scheme.

Applicants must provide complete administrative documentation comprising Family Card (KK), DKI Jakarta Identity Card (KTP, preferred), and Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK, if bringing a motorcycle). Each registrant may add a maximum of 3 family members under a single Family Card.
The identification number (NIK) submitted during online registration at the Free Mudik website must match the original identity card.

Following successful registration, applicants must undergo verification by presenting photocopies of required documents at the nearest verification location.
If duplicate registration in other mudik programmes is discovered, registration will be automatically cancelled, and this decision is final.
Tickets are prohibited from being sold or transferred to another person’s name.

After online registration, participants must complete verification to ensure their data matches original documents. Verification takes place at several designated locations.

West Jakarta: Jakarta Barat Sudinhub office at Jl. Raya Ring Road, Rawa Buaya.
South Jakarta: Jakarta Selatan Sudinhub office at Jl. MT Haryono, Cikoko.
East Jakarta: Jakarta Timur Sudinhub office at Jl. Perserikatan No. 1, Rawamangun.
