Governor of DKI Jakarta, Pramono Anung, inaugurated 11 high-level pratama leadership officials within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government at the Grand Hall, Jakarta City Hall, on Wednesday (15/4). The inauguration aims to strengthen governance, maintain leadership continuity, and implement a talent management system in filling strategic positions.

In his speech following the oath-taking, Governor Pramono emphasised that the appointment, transfer, and dismissal processes for officials have been carried out in accordance with legal regulations and through complete administrative stages.

This process refers to the Letter from the Head of the National Civil Service Agency Number 1903/B-BM.02.01/SD/K/2026 dated 10 April 2026 regarding recommendations for mutations, rotations, and promotions to High-Level Pratama Leadership Positions through talent management in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

Additionally, it considers the Letter from the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD Number 462/KG.00.00 dated 14 April 2026 regarding considerations for the candidate for the Administrative Mayor of South Jakarta, as well as the Governor of DKI Jakarta’s Decisions Number 385 to 388 of 2026 dated 14 April 2026.

“I need to clarify to avoid misunderstandings: in this inauguration, there are 11 officials being inaugurated. Three take effect from today, four from 1 June, three from 1 August, and one is awaiting the issuance of a decision for appointment as a main functional official,” said Pramono.

According to him, the scheduling of the inauguration is intended to minimise position vacancies and reduce the need for acting appointments. Thus, the continuity of government operations remains maintained, and the inaugurated officials do not need to undergo re-inauguration when they effectively start their duties.

“They will serve according to the times specified in the decisions. The Deputy Governor and I congratulate the newly inaugurated officials. Hopefully, they can quickly adapt and carry out their duties in the orchestration of the government we lead,” said Pramono.

He explained that the selection process has gone through fitness and propriety tests for three weeks. The determination of officials was made through communication and discussions among the governor, deputy governor, and regional secretary, prioritising a talent management approach to ensure placements match organisational needs and leadership capacity.

“In this determination, the three of us—the governor, deputy governor, and regional secretary—communicated and discussed to select the best names. We used talent management, and hopefully, this is the best choice for Jakarta,” Pramono concluded.

The following are the 11 inaugurated high-level pratama leadership officials:
