PT Cipta Sarana Medika Tbk (DKHH) has secured an investment credit facility worth Rp74 billion from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. At the same time, the company also made an early repayment of its financing facility at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BSI) amounting to Rp40.22 billion. According to information disclosure to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), CSM signed the Investment Credit Agreement with Bank Mandiri on 30 July 2026 with a credit limit of Rp74 billion. On the same date, the company also completed the accelerated settlement of the financing facility at BSI valued at Rp40,224,422,501, or approximately Rp40.22 billion. Both corporate actions were disclosed by the company through information disclosure in compliance with OJK Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning the disclosure of material information or facts by issuers or public companies.
