Kupang, NTT (ANTARA) - The Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb) has stated that the disbursement of regional transfers (TKD) in East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) for 2026 still requires acceleration, particularly for the components of Physical Special Allocation Funds (DAK) and Profit-Sharing Funds (DBH).

“The performance of TKD funds remains a main pillar of state budget (APBN) support to local governments. However, several disbursement components still require acceleration,” said the Head of the DJPb Regional Office for NTT, Adi Setiawan, in Kupang on Monday.

He made this statement in relation to the TKD disbursement performance in NTT from January to April 2026.

He noted that the DBH allocation for 2026 is Rp74.54 billion, experiencing a contraction of 65.14 per cent (year-on-year/yoy).

The DBH disbursement realisation up to April 2026 has reached Rp13.42 billion or 18.01 per cent of the allocation, with a contraction of 66.4 per cent (yoy).

“The performance of this disbursement is influenced by allocation changes as well as the speed of fulfilling DBH disbursement requirements,” he said.

Meanwhile, the General Allocation Funds (DAU) allocation for 2026 is recorded at Rp13,758.36 billion, contracting by 9.95 per cent (yoy).

“Up to April 2026, the DAU disbursement realisation has reached Rp5,499.48 billion or 33.97 per cent of the allocation, and grew by 4.9 per cent (yoy),” he said.

For Non-Physical DAK, the 2026 allocation is Rp5,028.14 billion, growing by 9.87 per cent (yoy).

The disbursement realisation up to April 2026 has reached Rp1,855.07 billion or 36.89 per cent of the allocation, with growth of 57.9 per cent (yoy).

Meanwhile, the Physical DAK allocation for 2026 is Rp267.13 billion, experiencing a contraction of 71.48 per cent (yoy). However, up to April 2026, there has been no disbursement realisation.

Adi stated that the Physical DAK has not yet been realised because it is still awaiting regulations, while some DBH disbursements are still influenced by meeting disbursement requirements and completing central tax reconciliations.

In light of this situation, he continued, the DJPb Regional Office for NTT Province, together with the State Treasury Service Offices (KPPN) in the NTT scope, continues to conduct weekly monitoring, assistance, and active coordination with local governments so that disbursements and spending realisations can be accelerated in the following quarter.

Furthermore, he conveyed that the Village Funds allocation in NTT for 2026 is Rp1,077.05 billion, intended for 3,136 villages, experiencing a contraction of 60.10 per cent (yoy).

Up to April 2026, the Village Funds disbursement realisation has reached Rp236.31 billion or contracted by 58.8 per cent (yoy).

“The Village Funds realisation in the NTT region for stage I has reached 100 per cent in East Flores Regency and West Manggarai Regency,” said Adi.
