DJP Records 13.06 Million Annual Tax Returns Submitted by 30 April 2026

The Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) of the Ministry of Finance has recorded 13,056,881 annual Income Tax (PPh) Returns for the 2025 Tax Year submitted by 30 April 2026 at 24:00 WIB.

DJP Director of Education, Services, and Public Relations Inge Diana Rismawanti stated that this figure is the cumulative total of taxpayers who have submitted their returns, including those with a January–December fiscal year and those with different fiscal years.

For taxpayers with a January–December fiscal year, the submissions consist of 10,743,907 individual employee taxpayers, 1,438,498 non-employee individual taxpayers, 846,682 rupiah-denominated corporate taxpayers, 1,379 US dollar-denominated corporate taxpayers, 13 rupiah-denominated oil and gas taxpayers, and 181 US dollar-denominated oil and gas taxpayers.

For taxpayers with different fiscal years, who began reporting from 1 August 2025, there are 26,184 rupiah-denominated corporate taxpayers and 37 US dollar-denominated corporate taxpayers,” said Inge in a written statement on Friday, 1 May 2026.

In addition to the tax return reporting achievements, DJP has also noted progress in Coretax account activations. By the end of April 2026, 18,993,498 taxpayers have activated accounts on the system.

This number consists of 17,803,629 individual taxpayers, 1,098,274 corporate taxpayers, 91,366 government agency taxpayers, and 229 electronic system-based trading taxpayers (PMSE).
