DJP Lampung: 377,741 Taxpayers File Annual Tax Returns Using Coretax

Bandarlampung (ANTARA) - The Regional Office (Kanwil) of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) for Bengkulu and Lampung states that as of early May 2026, 377,741 taxpayers in its jurisdiction have filed their annual tax returns through Coretax. “As of 11 May 2026, 377,741 taxpayers have reported their annual tax returns utilising Coretax, or approximately 86.17 percent of the target,” said the Head of General Affairs at the Kanwil DJP Bengkulu and Lampung, Eddy Prayitno, in Bandarlampung on Tuesday. He noted that compared to the same period in 2025, there has been a one percent increase, with 374,385 taxpayers filing in 2025 during that time. “The introduction of Coretax aims to facilitate tax services from reporting to improving accountability by leveraging technology,” he said. He also urged taxpayers who have not yet filed their annual tax returns to do so immediately. “We appreciate the taxpayers who have already filed their annual tax returns. We hope those who have not yet reported their tax obligations will do so soon, and we are ready to assist. The Coretax system is expected to positively correlate with serving tax reporting for taxpayers,” he stated. Broken down by work units, the realisations of annual tax return filings by taxpayers at KKP Pratama Bengkulu total 48,967; KKP Pratama Metro, 63,859; KKP Pratama Bandarlampung One, 40,754; KKP Pratama Bandarlampung Two, 43,119; KKP Pratama Natar, 62,604; KKP Pratama Kotabumi, 51,076; KKP Pratama Curup, 21,752; KKP Pratama Bengkulu One, 44,258; and KKP Madya Bandarlampung, 1,352 taxpayers who have filed their annual tax returns.
