JAKARTA: Dji Sam Soe clove cigarettes from cigarette maker PT
HM Sampoerna Tbk products recently received its fifth consecutive
Indonesian Customer Satisfaction Award (ICSA) 2005.

"The award has shown that we have been successful in
consistently maintaining our products' quality," Sampoerna
Director Angky Camaro said in a statement.

"Our efforts to innovate to meet market demand meant Dji Sam
Soe has continued to exist since it was first produced in 1913,"
he added.

Hand-rolled clove cigarette Dji Sam Soe was named the best
brand after a survey of 10,200 respondents in six major cities
of Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar. They
survey was carried out by SWA magazine and Frontier Smarter
