Djarum Group (DATA) Appoints Hartono Tanuwidjaja as Commissioner

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Remala Abadi Tbk (DATA) has decided to appoint Hartono Tanuwidjaja as a Commissioner. The decision was made during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST).

“Approved the appointment of Mr Hartono Tanuwidjaja as Commissioner of the Company,” management stated via an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), quoted Wednesday (24/6/2026).

Hartono will serve his term from the closing of the meeting until the closing of the Company’s RUPST in 2028.

In the report, the Company stated that the change in the composition of the Board of Commissioners does not have any impact on the operational activities, legal standing, financial condition, or business continuity of the Company.

The composition of the Company’s Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners from the closing of the meeting until the closing of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) in 2028 is as follows:
