Dividends Paid Out, Analysts Optimistic BRI Shares Could Soar
PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) has completed the distribution of dividends to shareholders amounting to Rp 52.10 trillion from the 2025 fiscal year net profit, equivalent to Rp 346 per share. This amount includes the interim dividend already distributed to shareholders on 15 January 2026, totalling Rp 20.63 trillion or Rp 137 per share. Meanwhile, the remaining cash dividend of Rp 31.47 trillion or Rp 209.00 per share was paid today, Friday (8/5/2026). This result proves that BRI is one of the banks that consistently distributes substantial profits to shareholders every year. Therefore, it is no surprise that many investors continue to hold BBRI shares for the long term. “So for the long run, the results will double, and we will gain profits from the large compounding dividends, and when BBRI shares rise again, investors will also get capital gains,” said Founder and CEO of Astronacci International, Gema Goeyardi, to CNBC Indonesia. Furthermore, Gema explained that from a technical perspective, BBRI shares are forming a Complex Correction Wave moving in its fifth wave. “With the Fibonacci cluster area at Rp 2,960-Rp 3,070, BBRI is expected to form a rejection and rebound to its highest area at Rp 6,450,” detailed Gema some time ago.
