Dividend Distribution Schedule for BMRI, JPFA, and BJBR: Note the Important Dates

Several listed companies have announced the schedule for cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year. Among them are PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA), and PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR).

This development is attracting attention from investors, particularly dividend hunters, as the cum dividend period up to the payment falls in May 2026.

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI) has set a cash dividend of Rp44,472,220,168,836.70 or Rp476.95 per share at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 29 April 2026.

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) will also distribute a dividend of Rp140 per share from the 2025 fiscal year profit of Rp4 trillion.

This decision was approved at the AGMS on 29 April 2026 with an approval rate of 99.74% of votes.

PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk (BJBR) will also distribute cash dividends totalling Rp900 billion for the 2025 fiscal year.

All of these dividends are final dividends as the company did not distribute interim dividends.

The dividend distribution is based on net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp1.15 trillion. Thus, BJBR’s dividend payout ratio is around 78%.

In addition, BJBR recorded retained earnings with unrestricted use of Rp5.34 trillion, with total equity reaching Rp20.82 trillion as of the end of 2025.
