'Diversity in Unity' at Nikko

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Independence, the Nikko
Hotel is offering a wide selection of dishes from around the
country's regions from Aug. 12 through Aug. 18.

The promotion, called Diversity in Unity, takes place in the
Olive Tree Restaurant, which is open 24 hours a day.

Among the dishes on offer are rujak (mixed fruit with hot
sauce), gado-gado (mixed vegetables with peanut sauce), pecel
lele (vegetables with fried catfish), soto madura (chicken/meat
soup) and pepes ayam (steamed chicken with seasoning), among many
others.

Sugeng Purnomo, assistant public relations manager, said that
the food promotion would not disrupt its services to
international guests, and that visitors would still be able to
enjoy international cuisine.
