Surabaya - The property giant PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) has demonstrated the resilience of its business model by recording a 14% growth in net profit throughout fiscal year 2025.

Amid the dynamics of the residential and commercial markets, the company successfully achieved a net profit of Rp 2.76 trillion, a significant increase from the previous year’s figure of Rp 2.42 trillion.

This accomplishment reflects the success of the company’s long-term strategy in managing a geographically and product-segment diversified portfolio.

The retail shopping centre segment served as the main driver, with a 14% surge in revenue from Rp 3.43 trillion to Rp 3.93 trillion by the end of 2025.

In detail, the composition of the company’s net revenue, which totalled Rp 7.11 trillion, was sourced from Retail Leasing 55%, Hospitality and Serviced Apartments 20%, Condominium Sales 14%, Landed House Sales 6%, and Office Leasing and Sales 5%.

Although office leasing revenue experienced a 26% correction to Rp 273 billion, growth in the retail sector and stability in the hotel sector were able to compensate for the decline.

On the property development side (development revenue), Pakuwon recorded a relatively stable figure at Rp 1.49 trillion.

The successful marketing of apartment units at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya and Pakuwon Residences Bekasi, as well as the sale of landed houses in the Grand Pakuwon and Pakuwon City townships, became the main drivers of marketing sales reaching Rp 1.3 trillion.

As a pioneer of the Superblock concept in Indonesia, Pakuwon Jati continues to strengthen its infrastructure footprint in major cities such as Jakarta, Surabaya, Bekasi, and Batam.

Throughout 2025, the company realised capital expenditure of Rp 1.21 trillion.

PWON management emphasised that this growth is not just about numbers, but a manifestation of disciplined execution in building a long-term legacy.

“This achievement reflects the company’s ability to continue creating sustainable growth,” stated management in its official remarks received by Kompas.com on Monday (30/3/2026).

With a 43-year track record, a healthy revenue structure between shopping centres, residential, office, and hospitality positions Pakuwon Jati on a stable foundation for faster business expansion in the future.
