Diversification: RANS Reduces Reliance on Raffi-Nagita Figures

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (stock code: RANS) has stated that it is beginning to reduce the risk of dependence on the personal figures of Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina by diversifying its business lines so that corporate growth becomes more sustainable.

This was conveyed by RANS President Director Nagita Slavina in response to reporters’ questions regarding the downward trend in the company’s revenue since 2023.

“Regarding the revenue decline in 2025, that is indeed one of our strategies to reduce dependence on me and Raffi,” said Nagita at a press conference in Jakarta on Friday.

Nagita explained that the company began implementing business diversification several years ago.

According to Nagita, the move is a long-term risk mitigation effort to ensure the business’s continuity no longer depends on individual figures or the founding family.

“Going forward, we will focus more on intellectual property (IP)-based products, events, and also the utilisation of artificial intelligence (AI),” she said.

Based on its financial reports, RANS’s revenue showed a declining trend during the 2023-2025 period.
